  1. If you contacted the Controller, the data was provided directly by you.
  2. If your data was provided in connection with a matter processed by a person who referred the matter to the Controller, the source of the data is that person. In such a case, the Controller receives identification data, contact details, and information related to the matter, such as a description of the case.

Purpose and legal basis for processing personal data

Your data may be processed for the purpose of:

  • analyzing web traffic, ensuring security within the Service, and adjusting content to user needs based on the Controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • responding to inquiries and conducting correspondence in order to handle the matter, based on your consent and the Controller’s legitimate interest in fulfilling users’ requests (Article 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).

  2. Providing data necessary for statistical analysis of Service users is voluntary. You may use so-called incognito mode to browse the website without sharing information about your visit with the Controller. Using incognito mode, and therefore not providing the data, does not affect your ability to use the Service.

Rights under the GDPR regarding processed data

You have the right to:

  • request rectification or correction of data (Article 16 GDPR) – in particular, if you notice that the data is incorrect or incomplete;
  • request deletion of data (Article 17 GDPR);

Recipients of your personal data may only be entities authorized to receive it under applicable laws. In addition, your data may be shared with couriers, postal operators, hosting providers, email server providers, and ICT service providers supporting the website.

Data retention period

Your personal data will be stored until consent is withdrawn or until the matter is resolved, and subsequently until the expiration of the limitation periods for any claims related to its handling.

Data related to web traffic analysis collected through cookies and similar technologies may be stored until the cookie expires. Some cookies do not expire, therefore data storage time corresponds to the period necessary for the Controller to achieve purposes related to data collection, such as ensuring security and analyzing historical website traffic data.

Transfer of data to third countries or international organizations

Your data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations outside the European Economic Area.

Use of cookies and similar technologies

The Service allows the collection of information about the user through cookies and similar technologies. This information is used to remember user preferences (font selection, contrast, cookie acceptance), maintain user sessions (e.g., after login), remember passwords (with consent), and collect information about the user’s device and visit for security purposes, as well as for visit analysis and content customization.

Information collected via cookies and similar technologies is not combined with other user data and is not used by the Controller to identify users.

The user may configure their browser to block certain types of cookies or other technologies, e.g., allowing only those necessary for proper website display. By default, most browsers allow all cookies, but the user may change these settings at any time and may also delete previously stored cookies. Each browser offers such options in its settings or preferences.

The user may also browse the website in so-called incognito mode, which prevents data about the visit from being collected.

Using the Service without changing browser settings, i.e., with the default acceptance of cookies and similar technologies, constitutes consent to their use for the purposes described above. The Controller does not use the collected information for marketing purposes.

Trademarks and intellectual property of third parties

All trademarks, trade names, product names, logos, and other designations identifying third parties that may be displayed within the Service remain the exclusive property of their rightful owners. Their use on the website does not imply granting any licenses or other rights to use these designations. The Controller uses them solely for informational purposes or within the scope permitted by applicable law.
